    Do yourself a favour and choose a better apartment. As you enter this app.a smell of sewage will slap your face, (no window in the bathroom and shelf in the shower.) The curtains looks as if never have been washed, towels and linen very worn out and unpleasant to use! I'm positive person and love praising good work and service, but this place definitely does not deserve even 2 stars in this condition. I would suggest the manager stay in this flat and see how it feels. Intact I would like to be reimbursed for the unpleasant experience. The only positive I can think off is Bloomsbury location!

    Our ground floor apartment was dreary. The bed and pillows weren't particularly comfortable. The wifi and TV didn't work. We notified Scala staff and they said they'd fix this ASAP. Later, they told me that the wifi worked. It did not. There was nothing wrong with our phones and iPad; the wifi worked everywhere except at Scala. The apartment was the only unpleasant place we stayed during our trip to the UK. It definitely wasn't worth what we paid.
