Whilst speaking on the phone to enquire about hiring a minibus they were very rude/arrogant and the man I was speaking to put the phone down on me. As a result of this I have now used a different company so unfortunately he has lost £500+ of business.

I ordered a van via SC and was therefore surprised to receive booking confirmation from Nationwide Van Hire - and then get a van from another company in Birmingham! They act as brokers. Probably because of all the parties involved, it can be extremely hard getting to speak to the right person if there's an amendment with the booking. I stopped counting after 12 emails and five phone calls - but it was resolved amicably in the end.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Vehicles booked to hire are not supplied by SC Vehicle Hire, my booking ended up with Nationwide Car Hire UK, who after taking my money on the day of booking, called me at 17:20 on the Friday evening prior to the booked vehicle supposedly being dropped off at 9am on the Saturday morning To inform me that my whole booking was cancelled as they could not supply ANY vehicle and that a refund has already been processed which I should receive in 3 day! SC Vehicle Hire do not inform anyone that they are basically a broker and would not help at all when I called them after being informed by Nationwide Car hire had cancelled my booking with 15 hours notice! Subsequently I have found out SC Vehicle Hire are possibly a trading name for Nationwide Car Hire! SCAMMERS AND AVOID!
