Have used both branches of SBS printing for over 3 years now. Today a mistake was made regarding my order which was very time sensitive. I was quoted the incorrect price for the work and the work was printed on incorrect paper. Was told I needed to wait another hour for them to fix this. This was a small order which eventually only took 2 minutes for them to print in front of me. The first man I spoke to was very sweet, but the second didn’t acknowledge he had made a mistake with the order and spoke to me poorly. I had the email in front of him showing he agreed to print on the intended paper with the quote, but was still told I was wrong. When I became upset he simply seemed to not care at all. Very sad considering the next few months I was intending on printing there every week and have recommended this branch to many people. Will be looking for a new printers. (Edit since I can’t reply) The owner has since commented below a complete false narrative, funny since I have the exact emails to prove it. Very strange and worrying. Other customers in the shop were very kind to me regarding the matter. This attitude is disgusting. I had no issue with paying £5 more. The email you confirmed you sent clearly stated you would print on 300 gsm card. We both know that. Second edit The owner has since deleted the initial comment and responded with a simple thank you.

I've used this studio for printing many times, mainly due to location. They are not very welcoming or customer service focused on a good day. However, my experience last weekend will be my last. I had an issue with some documents I sent over for printing. The 2 gentlemen there was so rude about it that I ended up leaving to find another print shop. There was a big deal made about some printing and cutting that I was paying for. I was made to feel like a huge inconvenience. It was shocking.
