We were new to this and it was a learning curve we was told the vehicle was fit for purpose but after 3 hours driving we had to top up the adblue then went to have a shower but no water we was told we could go anywhere but we couldn’t as had to hook up to electric to make stuff work then the engine management light came on then 3 times we lost total power after breaking the acceleration just died we had to force our way across 3 lanes of traffic for the safety of the hard shoulder stop and restart the engine this traumatised my wife The then gas wouldn’t work then after getting the gas to work for a short time the heater would work it was one problem after another totally ruined our holiday but I will give SBL credit where credit’s due when we did ring in about each problem they did their best to resolve the issues well done now having time to think we will not be taking up motor home holidays we thought when we left that all things were full adblue gas and water they are nice people if they told us the water and adblue were not full we would have been ready 2 gas bottles one had a little gas one had more there was a problem with the valves and over pressureising like I said we we’re new didn’t have a clue just an unfortunate series Of events

Our experience with SBL Motorhomes was excellent from start to finish. Communication and customer service before pick up was outstanding from both Simon and Josh who were very helpful and friendly, answering all the questions we had on our first experience in a motorhome. Due to the pandemic, we did need to adjust our booking which was no trouble at all. The bitesize video guides shared by Josh were really handy and are great to refer back to whilst on our trip in case we forgot how to do something. The motorhome (Roller 246 2019) was amazing and we had a great road trip in it. It was comfortable for the 5 of us and could have fit another person. The bed above the drivers seat was the most comfortable and very big. I’m not sure what size it was but a double fitted sheet wasn’t big enough, so I’d recommend taking a larger sheet. The u-sofa which converts into a bed easily sleeps 3 people and I’d also recommend taking the largest non fitted sheet you can get for this. We didn’t need to use the dining table area as a bed so I couldn’t comment on that. I’d also recommend taking coat hangers to use in the cupboard. There is a huge amount of space to store under the motorhome, not to mention the many storage cupboards in the van. We all had a fantastic trip on our luxury motorhome, and coupled with the outstanding customer service we received, we will absolutely return to SBL Motorhomes again soon. Thank you, Josh and Simon!
