I ordered some tiles from Lee on Tuesday 14th December and I'm still waiting for them. Apparently they weren't delivered but Porcelanosa said they were, so they re ordered them for delivery on the 21st December. I tried calling, I left messages and still to this day no contact from them. Very disappointing to say the least, poor customer service. Service: Tile work replacement

We found SB Concepts due to a recommendation, so were confident that they would do a good job remodelling our bathroom, and we were not disappointed. Adam in the showroom really listened to what we wanted, guided us through the products available and came up with a lovely design which met all our needs. He also managed the process overall and visited several times during installation. The fitting process was led superbly by Rob, who made sure that everything under the surface was thoroughly prepared and that the final finish was beautiful. He was considerate and tidy throughout the process. A couple of minor follow-up queries have received speedy and positive responses. We are delighted with the finished result. We had a new bathroom designed and built earlier this year by SB Concepts. From the design stage by Adam, to the finished room (built by Ben and Rob), they did an amazing job. Started and finished on time; on site every day and worked all day; cleared up at end of every day, including hoovering the stairs! We are so happy with the finished bathroom. It’s perfect and much admired. Our son also used the company for his new bathroom and is equally pleased. It’s the only time we have had work done and not had to call the company back to fix anything. Thoroughly recommend.
