What I appreciate, in addition to the actual treatment, is Dr Timings teaching me detailed insight into how my body works & exercises I can do at home to maintain progress. After waking up unable to move my neck without excruciating pain, I managed to get an appointment with Maria-Madalina the myotherapist. Look, that treatment is not for the faint hearted — but honestly she is a sorceress. She treated my neck, shoulders, back and glutes, targeting some very painful areas, and I walked out feeling like a damn Phoenix. Very strong hands, exemplary knowledge of specific techniques and muscle connections, and she was a very sweet person to boot :) All my problems are now fixed and I feel even better than before the injury. Though please note you may need to take the next day off work as there is a little recovery from the massage required. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London. Thank you Madalina 💘

I have been seeing Dr Michael Durtnall for the past year for my costochondritis. I had given up hope of ever improving my symptoms as I had been stuck with them for years and sometimes was unable to move completely. I saw several other practitioners who were unable to help, but luckily then I found Michael! He is really the only expert in costochondritis and there is no way I would be where I was without his techniques! I have also had massages from Chifumi, Andra and Madalina who have all also been excellent! I still have a long road to complete recovery, but my symptoms have markedly improved! Many thanks to Michael and the team.

Before finding the Sayer Clinic back in November '21, I was in excruciating, continually worsening pain, with no understanding of what the source of my costochondritis was, or how I could ever fix it. After about 9 months of treatment, despite not always being a model patient in terms of respecting the reccomendations I was given, and despite working a software engineering job that puts a lot of strain on my back and neck, I would say I'm around 80% cured: I am now pain-free on more days than not, I can do all of the things that I stopped doing because of my condition, and I can see a very near future in which my costochondritis is a thing permanently consigned to the past. I cannot reccomend this clinic any higher, if you have costochondritis, or any other similar condition.

I recently started seeing Dr Ed Timings for my chronic lower back and coccyx pain. Within just 3 sessions I have started to see improvements in my overall posture and as a result my coccyx pain seems to be reducing. I highly recommend Sayer Clinics for costochondritis treatment. I had a great experience with Dr. Michael and his team for costochondritis. I also had pain in upper back and shoulder areas. I am based in Finland and came for few weeks of treatment. Dr. Michael gave very good advice on postural corrections and many other day to day exercise advice. The key idea is to keep moving as much as possible. I got chiropractic and massage treatments and already started to feel better. Still on road to recovery with high hopes of completely getting out of this problem. Thanks to the Sayer Clinics team.

I fully recommend Sayer Clinic, it has completely changed my quality of life. Having suffered with costochondritis for two years, I had seen physiotherapists and prescribed NSAID drugs which I wasn't happy taking. Dr. Michael Durtnall has changed my health and well being for the better! He was proficient in diagnosing and setting forward a treatment plan which has been very successful. In January this year I could not get out of bed, within a few months, I have been able to go running, walk for miles and do boxing twice a week. I am so grateful to Dr. Durtnall and his team for their care and compassion. This month, I cancelled an appointment having had a diagnosis of interstital cystitis which was causing extreme pain. Dr. Durtnall reached out via email and to my relief he has been able to help me through this as well. My pelvic pain is greatly improved and the aggravated nerves are much calmer. I cannot praise this practitioner enough. Having been diagnosed with two chronic illnesses that many say are untreatable, I can say that if anyone can prove that wrong it is Dr. Durtnall! This clinic is a calm and supportive environment which promotes healing. Lucie, the clinic manager has been amazing in organising all my appointments, always trying her best to appoint times that work best for me, often going above and beyond. Very friendly so you always feel at ease and able to make enquiries. Madalina is outstanding, having given me the best remedial massages of my life. I left floating on a cloud and felt so much better. The Sayer Clinic has been the best investment in my heath and wellbeing!
