I have had to deal with this company a few times on behalf of my boss . Most recently to report a fault , it's horrendous to get through and when I finally did was fobbed off . Only when I contacted on what's app I got a response . Service manager looked into the issue and wasn't willing to take ownership of faulty steps that had rusted . This company very happy to take your money but when there is a problem they don't want to know!
