Our cottage rentals include a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, and access to outdoor amenities such as a grill, fire pit, and picnic area.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

Yes, there is a two-night minimum stay requirement for our cottage rentals. However, we do not have a maximum stay requirement and you are welcome to stay as long as you would like.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your check-in date. If you cancel within 30 days, we will refund 50% of your reservation fee.

We do not charge any additional fees or charges beyond the rental price. However, we do require a refundable security deposit of $100.

How do I access the property and what is the check-in/check-out process?

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to access the property prior to your arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
