Absolutely disgusting service. Car had shock absorbers, suspension and more done nearly a year ago. Since then 6 months on from the work two tyres have been damaged and more as the tracking was not put back correctly, they tried charging me £200 for it to be resolved which I refused. Made me wait nearly 1 hour to talk to the manager, kept walking past me and staring knowing I was upset with them. The manger didn't charge and also got another mechanic to re-check the tracking had been put back correctly. They said all was good now. Less then 3 months later surprise surprise the tracking is still out, shock absorb ridiculously loose, the wheels hadn't been balanced and again waiting to speak to the manger. All this has been picked up from another garage, who have also said the quality of workmanship is atrocious. Again I am out of pocket due to the poor service and workmanship.

Service and care received from this provider far away from acceptable, matter of fact totally unsatisfactory. Would propose worst ever experience. Arrived in timely manner 08:30 advised hour for MOT. Returned 9:45 to find vehical stuck on ramp, immobiliser activated. Advised only "waved fob about and now won't start" Pushed outside managed to resolve myself. Within 20mins or so, resetting. Advised by assume Supervisor, that as he had stopped the test and needed now to start over, would try to fit in before 14:00 whilst only emission test outstanding. I went with it. This after having to explain handbrake, yes truly, handbrake operation... After waiting an hour, Supervisor behind desk announced couldn't now fit in now today, could not believe what I was hearing!!! 5 hours lost ill never get back... Till today Savoy have undertaken minor repairs, tyre replacements and many MOT'S for both my car collection and family vehicles. After today we will NOT use Savoy again. Hopefully the Directorate will read this staving resume and ask some appropriate questions of the aforemention Supervisor. My intent is to make others aware, avoiding the experience personally encountered. I will share my thoughts with friends and neighbours, hopefully they will then tell others. Yes, I have written this when upset on returning home, wasting the day and now having to find another. By typing this now the recollection is wholly accurate and correct. Would recommend avoidance or very least take note of this personal experience. A prior ex customer

Had a slow leak that’s been an major inconvenience of having to check and fill pressure every 2 weeks. Had this done by another local garage previously, called to the check, appointment only next day. Couldn’t wait as I needed the use of the car an by this time I could hear the leak, called savoy tyres and got an appointment within 1/2 hr, alloy was cleaned and service was great from Anthony. Definitely recommend and will no doubt be back
