    Asked for some MDF to be cut to certain size. The first gentleman we asked was rude, told use we would have to want. We said to him we came the week before and it was cut to the size we wanted.. Which he still ignored and didn't cut all the wood we wanted. We got asked by the younger man are we ok, who then dealt with what we wanted and was really helpful. Has put me off coming back,considering you advertise cutting to measure. Really poor service

    Seems to have everything required to do most diy jobs...parking is a bit of a nightmare at times. Wagons and vans in and out and no help to load your vehicle as everything needs to be carried across a busy car park...a bit daunting for the newby...select your stuff for a ticket to go and pay...then find the same bloke who took your order to pick up your stuff..then back across the car park to load up. New door centre which is very good.

    After reading all the brilliant reviews on here, I decided to use Savoy. I only needed 2 full size sheets of plywood at 9mm. Ordered last Saturday for Monday morning delivery.. Driver turns up on Monday with 2 of the most warped and bowed sheets I've seen. Tells me they'll pull back when fixed! Err, no pal, they need to be cut into panels. Rang the office, got told they don't think have any straight ply sheets in stock!? 😳 Tried to deliver another 2 sheets on Tuesday afternoon (now lost almost 2 days to waiting), but I'm sure these were the same exact sheets. They were also strapped down to the lorry bed, in a vein attempt to get me to accept them. Got to go back for a refund this morning. Sure, they may be a good company for certain things from the look of these reviews but if you want Plywood, go somewhere else!.. UPDATED WITH IMAGE 29/01/23 Practically unheard of, eh Savoy?! 🙈😅
