Visited the Savoy grill for my 60th birthday. It was a bit of a treat as it is not somewhere i could normally afford to go ( I'm only a poor old toolmaker who should have chosen a different career path when I was young. Love my job really. ) Had a lovely time the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful it's a shame Gordon wasn't there as I am a bit of a fan and it would have been great to tell him what a lovely experience it was for me and my friends. I have already started saving for my next visit. Thanks to all for making my birthday a very memorable day.
