2/5⭐️ Unfriendly staff & not-fresh food. Ordered Cod fish & chips, salad & fried chicken total of £14.20. Both the Fish & Chips were not freshly fried/ cooked to order & I guess had being sitting under tge heat lamp for a while. So the fish was dry & stale so were the chips. Also they don't give you tartar sauce or any sauce, which is a rip off for the price. Fried chicken was also super dry & tough as well as bland. Lastl, I had to ask for dressing for the plain simple salad. They only had vinger available.

At present they offer mediocre fish and chips. Also tried their Donner kebab which was sliced too thickly, tasted like a clumsy offering by someone inexperienced in making kebabs. This place is not the worst but certainly not the best. The location is such that they don't have much genuine competition. They need an experienced chef to come and see where they are going wrong and I feel they could potentially improve their food in leaps and bounds with some minor tweaks to the cooking processes. Not a place I would go out of my way for but if in the locality, yes I would use again.

Have always liked this chippie. Today I ordered a large chips as it would usually go around 4 people. Today it only went 3, I had to go without any chips with my pie. Also, please get Peter's Pies back! Pukka have gone rubbish!
