I bought my beautiful Savin London dress from a pre-loved retailer, Gillian Million, and couldn’t have been happier with it. I fell in love with the unique design, combining timeless elegance with being a bit extra - because if you can’t be extra on your wedding day, when can you?! I described it as classic on the top and a party on the bottom. The quality of the dress and the intricacy of the design were both excellent and I felt incredibly lucky to have found it. Thank you!

I had my wedding dress made at SAVIN, and words can't even describe how much I loved my dress! They were initially recommended to me by a friend who had her dress made there. As someone who hadn't initially given much thought to my dress, I thought I'd drop in, with no expectations. But from the first appointment with Kaye, I knew I'd found the dress for me! Andrey then worked with me to make sure the dress was right for me, and the team certainly delivered! On top of that, they were all super lovely - Andrey even opened the showroom on a Sunday to accommodate a fitting with my mother-in-law who was in town on that day. On the day itself, I received so many compliments on the day of how unique and specially crafted my dress was! A huge thank you to the SAVIN team for creating something so special for me!

I booked my first wedding dress appointment here, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The guy who served us was unhelpful and disinterested, and despite paying £25 for the appointment we weren’t even offered a cup of tea. We chose this shop because they have some nice colourful designs, but don’t bother going unless you’ve already fallen in love with a specific dress because their range is small.

I visited Savin two weeks ago, searching for the perfect dress for my wedding, but I am a bit disconcerted about the service I received. On the day of my appointment, from a high-end boutique of the calibre of Savin, I would have expected to be offered at least a glass of water (also considering that first appointments cost £25). My Savin consultant seemed a bit annoyed for the whole time of my appointment, but that didn't bother me too much since I was 100% concentrated on the dresses. What did concern me though is that, a the end of my appointment, I asked for some prices related to my 2 favorite dresses and I got answered that I would have received them via email by the end of the day, which didn't happen. I was ok with it, I mean, it was Saturday and everybody deserves to enjoy the weekend and relax. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning pass: nothing. I then write them an email to have news. I never received an answer. I tried writing them on Instagram a couple of days later, still no answer. I then tried to call directly, one week after my first appointment, but nobody was apparently able to take my call and I left a message in the voicemail, with all the details to be contacted back. After more than 2 weeks from that first appointment I still haven't received any news from them. Luckily Savin wasn't my fist choice and I've found a stunning dress elsewhere, but it's a pity to receive such a service from an apparently so high quality brand. Service: Alterations

I found my perfect dress at Savin in a stockist in Keynsham but was lucky enough to find out about the Atelier in London where I was able to try on the full collection - every dress is beyond beautiful and so lovingly handcrafted. My husband, family and guests were all blown away and I really did feel incredible in my Aurora dress and matching veil. Kaye & the whole team at Savin couldn't be more helpful and lovely - from rearranging appointments, making some changes/tweaks to suit my wishes, talking me down during a body image crisis and even down to recommending bra solutions! They made the whole experience so wonderful and exciting after waiting so long to see my dress again. The atelier itself is so gorgeous - beautiful light airy space - made every appointment feel very special. Thank you so much for everything!! Service: Alterations
