I can't recommend Savills enough, they seized the opportunity where other agents had failed miserably, one even suggesting I drop the price by £50,000 after a bungled long drawn out experience! Jennifer helped negotiate the asking price and an exchange deposit which gave me added security. I contacted Savills on 1st Feb this year and my property completed on 6th April - I am thrilled after waiting so long for other agents to deliver negative results.

Sadly this did not go so well has expected by this estate agents. Had to make a few phone calls to even get a detailed information about the property I wanted to view. Became frustrating in the end trying to get one. Then my appointment to view the property was cancelled the evening before the next day viewing owing to another person making an offer. Had heard how good this estate agents where but my experience was not has good.
