Alice Burch did a tremendous job navigating the sale of my flat in St Georges Square. It was a long drawn out process and I live in the other side of the world ( NZ) so I was of very limited practical use ! Alice went above and beyond and organised all sorts including asbestos and fire reports to try to expedite the process. She displayed extreme patience with a novice buyer who needed quite a bit of “ hand holding “ and she liased with the property managers … which required quite a bit of diplomacy as they did not get the listing. Alice is also a great communicator and would respond quickly to my emails which was very helpful as they were generally in the middle of the night for me !
