I used Savills for the first time on the 22/02/2022. I have not had the best of luck with estate agents and unfortunately Savills comes with the reputation of being quite pretentious, however I could not speak more highly of my experience. I was met in the pouring rain by Mark Fell from the Waterloo office and he automatically greeted me with a smile and apologised for having me wait in the rain despite him not being late I was just super early! He was an absolute professional, kind, thoughtful and considerate. He showed me 2 properties and was very transparent about both. He continuously answered all of the questions that I had and followed up our viewing with the promised paperwork. I would definitely use Savills again based on my recent experience and I would hope that all lettings negotiators have his knowledge, expertise and impeccable customer service! He has raised the bar very high!
