Enquired with Olly Shaw on the website about a flat available. Asked a question regarding parking and was told it had parking, was told to secure a viewing I had to complete an affordability assesment with their lender and an AIP/DIP from another lender wasn't good enough. Was then told parking was actually not available and when I highlighted it was dissapointing to hear as was made clear this was a requirement, was met with a sarcastic and rude reply from Olly. I shudder to think how they would treat you once you had signed.
