Simply the worst possible Building Managing Company in the entire world...! They have managed our building from 2016 to 2020 and have been an absolute disaster...! Everything from top to bottom was a complete disgrace of the profession. In all fairness, between money laundering activities and their "services", no one could really see any difference. It became so bad tthat after a little while, many landlords started to stop paying their service charges which, anyway, were probably going into someone's pocket......... TO BE AVOIDED AT ANY POSSIBLE COST !!!!
