BUYERS BEWARE - almost £100 lost to this company! Bought a few tops from Save Our Souls in March 2021. Returned them because they didn't fit me (I blame the lockdown weight!) - only, the company claimed they never received my return. Chased this up with Royal Mail, who launched a formal investigation into the missing package. Both the tracking data and the GPS location of the 'Delivered' scan prove that the return was successfully delivered. I passed this info on to the company. Their response? According to Save Our Souls, this proof of delivery letter from Royal Mail "does not prove delivery was made"🤦♂️ Almost a year on, they're still refusing to refund me, claiming they were closed on the day of delivery (apparently 'Safe Places' don't exist in Southend). That's £91.80 I'll never get back. Thanks, SOS.

So disappointed, the t-shirts are shocking quality, thin material, a hole already appearing in the one pictured below, cheaply printed and sizes definitely NOT plus size friendly. (2XL me arse) And reading other reviews, nasty customer service... Oh well, there's so many better, independent, U.K clothing brands i can give business too. Be-warned People... Go else where, you deserve better.

Only giving one star as can't give 0, absolutely shocking customer service whoever operates and replies to emails should be sacked. Appalling service 16 days later and still no items and just keep sending the same automated email. Terrible would not recommend

Unfortunately, there was an error with a T-shirt size. I asked if that could be rectified as it was a Xmas present & i didn’t order in the size stated. I was told it was an error on my part and i’d need to pay again for the T-shirt and send the original one back. Not great customer service for an independent business in difficult times. I tried to explain but again they weren’t accepting or offering a swap without sending the original back and buying again. I have to say the emails I received were very unsavory to say the least. Whoever the representative of the company was called me ‘Cheeky’ for asking for the correct size, stated i claimed to act like a ‘Saviour’ for shopping independent and other tirades i won’t list. It was upsetting as you expect a more personable response, and you don’t expect to be treated that was as a paying customer. I just hope this is a one off and not reflective of the company or its ethos.
