Highly professional and expert staff. Trainer is very spirited, he transforms his energy into kids and children never look tired during sessions. I took my two kids, for those they offered good discount too. Recommended for all age groups, especially young kids during summer break. They have classes based on these programs, Children (3-12 years old), Adults (13+) and Ladies Kickboxing. There is a waiting area with free coffee machine and TV for parents to enjoy, while their kids have a session.
