We have bought four vehicles from Saunders Abbott Halfway Street and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. All four vehicles some we have had for years are still going strong. I have made mistakes In the past and gone to other garages which left me with unusable cars and lost money. Every single car we have bought from Saunders Abbott has been perfect. If there have been any small issues with any of the cars (which can happen when buying used cars) these have been dealt with quickly and professionally. An example of this is we recently bought our fourth car from the garage. A little while after there was a small issue nothing that was their fault and nothing that could have been foreseen. Just a bolt that had come loose. At the time I was out with my teenage son who we bought the car for. As I was unsure what that problem was and it was late at night I pulled over and left the car where it was as it was making a noise. I called them the next morning and even though they were not fully open as it was the bank holiday weekend and they were not fully staffed, they called a member of their mechanic staff in, went to where I had left the car, towed it back to their garage and repaired it the same day all because I had said my teenage son needed it back ASAP as it was booked in for a window tint the next day! The customer service is absolutely brilliant and the after care service is the best I have ever experienced. I would never go anywhere else for a vehicle and trust me I have had bad experiences with other garages. Even if they don't have the vehicle that you are looking for they can see if they can source whatever vehicle you want. Because of their great service we now only use their service department for any other services we need on the cars. Don't waste your time and go anywhere else make Saunders Abbott your first and last go to, to purchase your vehicles.

Very, very disappointed. I bought a van for £ 13,000 from them because I needed a safe vehicle to work. I was guaranteed that it was serviced and fit for work, but unfortunately, the van broke on the second day and I had to return it for repairs - every day for repairs I lose money. For the next 4 months, the van breaks 6 more times. Some problems were fixed because I had a 3 month warranty, but after the third month I paid over £ 1000 for repairs and now I am still for repairs. Be very careful…

From first phonecall to book my Skoda in for it's routine annual service to the moment I paid and drove away, every staff member I spoke with was authentically cheerful, helpful and made me feel like a welcome and valued customer. Any question I had was answered promptly and with accurate and useful answers. Great value pricing and all work carried out flawlessly. I can't imagine ever wanting to take my car anywhere else now I've found this gem of a garage.
