I have been attending yoga classes in this center for years now. It's a very meditative type of yoga. Here you will be able to practice asana, pranayam (breathing exercises), meditation and yoga nidra. You will learn about bandha, mudra and chakra. You will learn how to watch your body and explore your subtle world. It's not only about the body; it's about the body and the mind, and beyond.

I attended Yoga class with Mahesh last year. It was about dynamic Yoga practises pawanmuktasana. The ambience is excellent and most brilliant part was Mahesh gave us the audio recordings of the sessions, which I use even today. Mahesh also taught Nauli Kriya and I was able to practise it and master it at home, it's something that I thought was impossible for me to do earlier.
