Most unhelpful magic shop at the Northern hemisphere. Need a svengali deck with a specific force? No can do Sir. Package lost by Royal Mail? No we won't do effort to look for it. You are better off with some good Dutch or German magic shops, they deliver faster and cheaper and they understand the importance of customer support.
