Had my wedding dress altered by Ben, and whilst I was there he suggested shoes that would go with the dress which I ended up buying from supplier. This was a perfect outfit and I wanna give thanks to Ben for his recommendation. The dress fit perfectly and my hubby’s trousers was altered too which was a perfect fit.

I have always drove past this bridal shop & new that I would visit it to see inside at the very least when the time comes, well.. the shop did not disappoint, I visited the shop my mother, mother in law to be, grandmother & sister, we was all greeted with a smile nothing was to much to ask and Sara was so accommodating to us all, the shop is absolutely beautiful, clean and friendly. I am extremely anxious & suffer with body image issues * as most of us do* but Sara was incredibly supportive, accommodating & really informative she new exactly what to advise on which would be best suited to my body shape, but also listened to what I wanted, Sara is a delight to be around and made my experience so lovely and memorable, she put me at ease almost instantly, the shop has a really love feel the dresses are all absolutely stunning. there is something for everyone. a perfect setting for a big moment. Sara made me feel like no question or request was to much, I am so glad I chose Satin Bow Bridal for my bride moment as I brought my dream dress the same day all thanks to Sara! I wouldn't recommend Satin Bow Bridal, as I didn't have a good experience. I showed up for my appointment right on time, and I had to wait 30 minutes since they were still helping a lady before me. Once I did get to try on dresses, the lady who was fitting dresses was not very helpful at actually putting on the dresses, and she didn't have much knowledge to provide good advice. On one dress I did like, she said "This is my favourite, it's the one that makes you look slim". I felt that was inappropriate and very rude to say. I'm very glad I went to a previous shop that had much better customer service, otherwise, I would have had a very unpleasant first experience.
