Heavy handed, ugly female door staff member with an attitude problem and a chip on her shoulder needs to be sacked. Absolute disgrace of a human. Grabbing people is not OK and is absolutely asking for trouble. Avoiding this place until this thing no longer works there and will be telling all my friends likewise

Had an absolutely shocking experience here . Went out for my 19th birthday and within 10 minutes me and my friend were forcibly removed ( to the point my friend has bruised wrists) and given no verbal explanation as to why . We were completely sober , hadn’t even walked into the venue properly yet . We are both trans ftm and due to the lack of disabled/gender neutral toilets we decided to go into the men’s together . There was no signs expressing policies / rules etc and we posed no threat or resistance.

Come here if you want to be assaulted by Satan’s security! Two female door staff were speaking to my sister in a vile manner and then assaulted her by grabbing and pulling her from the stairs to the exit while she was leaving the club. This was completely unprovoked and uncalled for physical assault. My partner witnessed the incident and told them to lower their tone to which one of the female door staff swore at him in an aggressive manner, this then provoked him to swear back at her (which he later apologised to her for) and then one of the male door staff threw his drink in my partner's face! The female door staff were then smirking to each other smugly and completely unapologetic. These people are power mad and believe that they are above the law. Having read various Facebook and Google reviews on the club, I was shocked to see the amount of assaults made on patrons by the door staff and that nothing is being done about this place! They tell you to complain on Facebook (while the manager hides away on site) but then don't respond to you but have time to put photos up on the page. AVOID!
