Natalie is a fabulous sports massage therapist with a warm and welcoming personality; I went for an upper back and neck treatment; she asked me to do a few movements to assess the problem areas before working on them very effectively. Her studio pod is cosy and comfortable. I loved the scented beeswax she uses instead of oil. After trying various other therapists in York, she is definitely the best for me!! I absolutely recommend her!

Absolutely fantastic upper body massage to alleviate neck and shoulder stiffness resulting from a desk bound job. Great advice and facilities but the actual treatment was the best I’ve experienced, Natalie was able to get to the problem areas, working out the knots and releasing the nagging pains I was having - thank you, I will definitely be back for further maintenance!

Very professional - to start with Natalie observed one-sided tensions when she asked me to do certain movements and stretches, allowing her to then focus on those areas when doing the massage. She knew exactly where the achey areas would be and released a lot of tension in this first session. The location was great as well, it was a gorgeous garden studio with lots of space, relaxing music and the oils she used felt very smooth on my skin for the rest of the day. Will be booking in for regular appointments with Natalie :)
