  Been a customer of sassy for over a year now and since trying their wax I can fairly say no other wax I’ve tried is up to sassy standards. Their scents are unique and last for days! The ceo is amazing and shows her compassion and care for her customers / community at all times, she’s open to criticism and often takes on customers suggestions and requests for scents to make come backs etc. The community manager is also amazing and keeps the morale of the sassy community up always interacting with customers and ensuring their voices are heard and they feel welcome.

  I bought some of the whipped soap as I had seen so many reviews online. I bought neon unicorn and I have to say I was slightly disappointed. Although it looked nice in the container it didn’t smell that nice. Also whilst using it in the shower it was caked and needed a lot of rubbing to lather, also chunks of it fell into the shower and washed away. I also didn’t find that much of a perfume smell afterwards, and the bit it did was not nice, so I was disappointed. I do have another flavour to try so I’m hoping it will be better although I don’t think I would buy again.

  Love the whipped soap it smells amazing! Just wish the smell would last longer or stay on like perfume. Would love if they had a perfume range I’d wear it all the time. Especially Girl Box, Champagne Toast or Opium Noir

  Placed an order on 25th Nov for just over £100 goods ok the black Friday sale. What a con. Due to Royal Mail strikes the order was delayed - fair enough and wasn't Sassys fault. They kept telling me to wait a little longer, each time sending a generic email and changing the date to contact them again if not received. Finally on 12th December the tracking updated to delivered. I work from home but nobody knocked or rang out well, I immediately went to the door and nothing there. I checked the tracking to find proof of delivery - a blank photo! We've lived on this street for 23 years and know all the neighbours very well, nobody had seen it. Since then, Sassy have been fobbing me off, saying I need to wait 10 days for them to put a claim in with Royal Mail. I waited 10 days and contacted again (now 22nd December - bare in mind these are gifts I cannot replace as I've STILL had no refund!!!) And surprise surprise, more excuses from Sassy and told to wait again. I am now taking legal action with the company as its a lot of money to lose and the month of stress has completely ruined Christmas as I no longer had gifts for people. They understood once I explained I was ripped off, but still upsetting and distressing. I would avoid this company completely, the use terrible couriers knowing there will be issues then don't take responsibility and sort the issues when they arise. The products aren't even that good, for the price I'd rather just go to lush tbh.

  I ordered 3 pots of soap wax and only 1 was sent. I shopped with these trusting all my purchased items would be delivered just in time for Christmas. Now I am left chasing my missing items.

  Tried these wax melts out as if heard a lot about them. Used them a few days and got headaches off them. Never happened with the other company I use. Did some research and found out they use mineral aka paraffin. Sadly binned the melts I had as no one I knew wanted to use them after doing research on them. I use only soy melts and have never had any sort of issues so I knew it was these melts and what they were made of. There is a Facebook page that I’ve heard a lot of bad things about and that really puts the nail in the coffin for me. What people say makes it breaks new customers and they’ve lost me as a customer for numerous reasons. Having said that They have brilliant scents some are stronger than others. Not overly keen on the glitter in them, Im not going to sit staring at my wax burner so see it. Wouldn’t buy again majorly due to the fact that I prefer soy wax melts as they are a much cleaner burn.

  I love wax melts. I have used them for years but I have become despondent with what some people call great lasting scent throw. I bought Sassyon a recomendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. Such beautiful strong lasting scent that fill the house. I won't be going back .

  Started using this company in December 2020 and I’ve never looked back!! The girls are amazing and so so helpful! Even have a Facebook page where you can ask any question needed and you are guaranteed an amazing response by lots of kind people! Highly, highly recommend!! The collectibles, the restocks, the grandes, segments, bath bombs, whipped soaps, 3in1’s, the sassy sets, they is more than enough scents to suit everyone needs including bakery, dupes, laundry, sweet, everything you need to make your home even more homely! I promise you won’t look back!
