Excellent haircut and lovely hairdresser. However the ambience has gone way downhill there isn't much difference between the decor of here and a Supercuts. Hair on the floor everywhere, stations very messy and general chaotic atmosphere. Most hair salons at this price level create a very serene and luxurious experience...I think this salon needs a major cosmetic makeover. Yet as stated in the beginning can't fault the quality of the haircut and finish itself.

I am very picky when it comes to my hair and hadn’t been able to find a stylist/artist who can deliver what I want except my stylist in Ginza, Tokyo. So glad I gave Vidal Sassoon Covent Garden a go while staying in UK—the whole team, including the lovely receptionists, was superb and just outstanding! Could not thank them enough to make me feel welcomed the whole experience so special. The wonderful senior director Geri was so fabulous to deliver exactly how I wanted. I asked for just a regular treatment and blow dry, the bill ended up being 101 pounds, which is slightly above my expectations. I get it, it’s luxurious but my hair was more frizzy and dry after the treatment. Bizarre, isn’t it? The stylist and her colleagues were complimenting the shine in my hair after the treatment while I certainly felt something was wrong. Not to mention that she nearly burnt my scalp at a certain point during blow dry. Then during curling, my hair was pulled so hard that I can feel hair strands being pulled out of their follicles. Some of my hair strands were caught by the ceramic part of the hair straightener. I also thought that it is really weird to use a hair straightener as a curler in a professional salon. The whole process was quite painful to be honest. One star for managing to put a smile on their face despite questionable techniques. Also for the fact that the curls held quite well, but it certainly did more damage than good to my hair. By the time I got home (4 hours later), there was an incredible amount of frizz all over the place. Gosh, I don’t think I will ever go to that place again.

I highly recommend this saloon. Absolutely professional employees. Laura colored my hair lighter brown, the result has been brilliant I love it. I had a little haircut too but unfortunately I don't remember the lady name but she was amazing too. Definitely I will be back.
