  Mark and Leon came to fit our windows and they were polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to explain and show the process, they worked non stop (or so it seemed) and they cleaned down every afternoon so we could have our space back in the evening. Would highly recommend and look forward to welcoming them back when we're ready for the next set of windows to be changed. Thank you for your hard work!

  We used SashFit UK to restore / replace the windows in 7 original sash windows in our victorian property. Given that our house is in a conservation area we needed to retain the original box and pulley system. Mark and Leon are true professionals - they started early every day, were tidy and respectful, and have left the windows looking beautiful. Mark's communication was great throughout and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Service: Window installation

  We recently had all our windows refurbished/double glazed and new replacement windows in our 1880s victorian house by Mark and Leon at Sashfituk.We cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. We are so pleased with the workmanship and how good the windows look after being made at his workshop. The experience shown by Mark in dealing with original windows and casements in problem solving is excellent and he is always willing to listen and help with solutions to any issues. Mark exceeded are expections in service,price,workmanship and quality. I cannot recommend Mark and his team at sashfituk enough.   We live in an1850s Victorian property and have recently had 10 original windows replaced.Mark at Sashfit managed to replicate the originals exactly.We are very pleased with the workmanship ofMark and Leon.It was refreshing to come across such genuine,knowledgeable people,they finished our work on time on budget and left our property clean and tidy.   We recently had 12 sash windows refurbished and double glazed by SashFitUK. They also manufactured and fitted 2 new casement windows for us. I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough (including the decorator Luke who Mark recommended to paint the windows after he had finished). This company are very professional and carry out the work to an extremely high standard. We're even looking forward to the winter now that we know our house is so much better insulated and will be a lot warmer! Service: Window installation

  I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of work carried out by Mark and his team at SashFitUK. We have an 1880s house and we wanted an honest and informed evaluation of the condition of our original Sash windows, and a recommendation that we could trust to ensure that any solution would maintain the period integrity of our home whilst providing a competitively priced solution. Mark demonstrated a genuine willingness to listen to our aspiration and provided a range of solutions for us to consider at different price points. Whilst Mark provided sound and experienced recommendations, we never felt pressured into any course of action. In the end, we opted for a bespoke solution for each set of windows from full replacement to restoration and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Mark was able to replicate the style of the original windows for those that required replacement and restored our other windows to their former glory but with energy saving tweaks to the fittings. The look of the house is as good as it has ever been and the house has transitioned from a cold and drafty house to one which has improved dramatically in terms of insulation and warmth. All this within a budget which represented great value for the extremely high quality of the work that was produced. Mark and his team were punctual, could be trusted without hesitation to work in our house unaccompanied, left the house tidy and exceeded our expectations on the look, quality and cost of our windows.   We recently had all of the windows at the front of our fully restored by Mark at Sashfit UK. We could not be more thrilled with the result. Mark understands what a big investment you are making when you restore original windows and makes certain that he knows exactly what you want out of the project. He checks, double checks and triple checks everything with you along the way, and is always available to answer questions. The windows are absolutely beautiful, the house is so much warmer, and the finish is excellent. I have no hesitations in recommending Mark highly for any window work you might need; he was efficient but thorough, polite and friendly and never intrusive, and completed the job with the minimum of fuss.
