We've recently had Harry and the team in to restore the 4 sash windows in our cottage, Harry put me at ease with detailed explanation of the works and advice. Having recieved several incredibly expensive quotes prior, we found Harry's to be very good value so had no hesitation in booking him in. His workmanship is truly fantastic, it's hard to believe the windows have just been restored, they look brand new!! We are so happy with the work, they also cleared up and made the house safe each evening and after completion you wouldn't have even known they had been here! Absolutely fantastic and so happy we found Harry. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone!!!

If I could give Harry 10 stars I would! My dad needed his shop windows repaired, but he was taken ill, so I took on the project for him from Canada. I did my research on sash window repair companies and when I saw the reviews on Harry I took my chances on him. On a visit to England I met up with Harry and he walked me through all the possibilities as some of the windows were on the second and third floor of the property. From my first conversation with Harry, I knew he was the right person for the job, his professionalism, his etiquette and overall communication was outstanding. We communicated via Whatsapp throughout the project where he kept me informed of the progress of the job and any hurdles. Harry was very understanding of timelines and as there were tenants in the building who recently had a baby, he accommodate their request to reschedule the repair work. It is very difficult to manage a project when you are in a different country, but this turned out to be the best working relationship. On a recent trip back I inspected the repairs and the windows look brand new, the repairs were very detailed and of very high quality. I thank you Harry immensely for such a great job.

Harry and his team at Sashworx carried out the refurbishment of 4 sash windows. This was not the easiest of refurbishments due to a number of issues with the original fitting of the windows (carried out decades before). Harry undertook the work with great care and attention to detail and left us with 4 fully functioning windows. Harry is a pleasure to deal with - he set our expectations when he carried out the survey and did not disappoint. I'd happily recommend Sashworx to anyone looking for sash window refurbishment and would not hesitate to use them again
