These people are great. Personal, professional, high quality windows and efficient service. They’ve done two windows for me and I’ll be getting them back to do 3 more. I’d planned for a complete redecoration when they’d finished but they left things so clean and tidy, you’d hardly know they’d been - except for the wonderful windows that no longer let in the wind.

SWL has been recommended to us by some friends. We have replaced all the windows in our house and purchased the external door and the bi-folding doors for the extension in our kitchen. All their products are beautifully made and unique; we receive many compliments for our PVCU heritage sash windows. The entire process, from the sales to the installation, has been smooth and easy, and we have always been fully supported. The management team excellently handled our timelines, even when our builder got some delays, while the installers were always kind and professional. SWL is a great company whit excellent people, remarkably considerate of the customer's needs. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic company. I’d highly recommend using them. From start to finish the team have been great. We had a tricky old 22 year loft conversion window and this was no problem at all for Sash windows. The installation team were brilliant, and they were so tidy we wouldn’t have even know they had even been in the house. We are 4 flights up, yet this was no issue for the team coming up and down in such a small space. The windows themselves have instantly made a huge difference to the warmth of the room, but the big difference is the noise reduction. We live on the Heathrow flight path and have constant noise of the planes. We now can’t hear a thing, quite amazing. I’d definitely recommend to use the team, we are even saving to get the other windows done in the house now as the job was so good.

The windows look fantastic, customer service was always quick to try resolve issues. We had 3 sash windows, 3 casements, French doors and sliding doors supplied and all look great externally. The fitters varied in terms of quality and some windows definitely look better than others, half of the internal architraves have been poorly fitted and finished.
