Not great. Days after they repaired the rear brakes / adjusted handbrake on my Saab 9-5, I nearly lost a wheel on the M3. The rear wheel nuts were loose and had not been torqued correctly. Today, 24 months later, I am having the rear brakes re-built again. Seemingly the hand brake has not been touched for some time.

I choose to go to SAS because I thought it would be easy to get to from my home. I was right! I found SAS easily on the Industrial Estate and had not trouble parking outside. Service was great too.
