Working as a construction manager admin for my business is not a favourite task of mine. Thankfully with SAS Micro, they automate as much as possible, which drives efficiencies throughout my business and finances. Using Xero & Receipt Bank, I know at any given time what I have due in/out. Also their own mobile app is brilliant.

Great team. Great communication. Modern ways of working. When I first started using SAS Micro I had a pretty average history with another online ‘digital’ accountancy practice. I often found that the processes used were behind the times and difficult to follow. It ends up being a massive chore that inevitably gets put on the ‘do-it-later’ pile. The result can be quite painful when you are at the sharp end of a late VAT payment… SAS Micro have been exemplary in providing a simple and effective customer experience which translates into stress free accounting – not something I could not have imagined several years back. You get access to an online portal where you can upload supporting files and sign any accounting documents digitally. The digital aspect is nicely complimented by the right level of support and communication from the team. Whether that be educational material on using the portal or gentle reminders about the impending deadlines. I really can’t recommend them highly enough and if you’re looking for a refreshing accountancy experience give them a try!

Having never run my own business I was (and still am) pretty green on this side of things and from the outset SAS have been fantastic and more importantly very patient! I have met with them several times to discuss a variety of matters from the basic accounting to R&D Tax credits and their support has allowed my business to grow to the point where I have now engaged with them for further support. For me as a start up, the ability to get support I can understand at the end of the phone has been invaluable. I am sure as my business grows SAS will become an even more important part of the company.
