Absolutely shocking service. We ordered the coach and sent pictures of what we had with us to the driver and 2 others in the company before our journey. We were picked up at 7.30am, our coach then said he wasn't taking us as we had too much stuff after us specifying how much we were taking and sending pictures. Our journey was 4 hours aways and 6 of us couldnt get on the coach and had to drive instead. We have had no refund for this. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE
