Some DIY to get through a jammed door might have exposed some asbestos. I phoned Sarum Asbestos at 12:00 and two guys arrived at 12:30. They fortunately advised that I had actually exposed some fibreboard (and not the nearby old asbestos fireproof panels). They also managed to free the jammed door. Superb service.

Totally unprofessional. I had an appointment booked for them to conduct a survey on a property that I was in the process of buying. They did not show up, answer phone calls or reply to messages. They didn't have the simple decency or courage to call and say that they weren't going to be able to make the appointment. Edited to add reply to your response as for some reason it won't give me the option below (strange). My partner spoke to you in the morning and then rang you multiple times later on, in the end leaving an answer phone message. As it got later I then rang you several times and left answer phone message. This was all done on the same number I booked the original appointment on, a mobile not office phone. No more assistance required but appreciate you finally responding. Thank you.
