I originally signed up to Saros Research expecting i'd fill in quick surveys online but then I realised they actually put bums on seats so to speak, finding people to take part in real research events. I applied to a few projects before I was a match. When I got picked Saros called me to confirm dates. The people I spoke to at Saros were friendly and thorough when communicating what I needed to know ahead of the day. I did an online interview and very much enjoyed giving my opinion, it felt like I was actually making a difference to the brand's product somehow, I hope I didn't talk too much! I was also paid a day later which was appreciated! I hope I can do another project soon. Louise
