Not very impressed so far. I ordered the wrong size skylight so have had to organise returning the original order and ordering the new smaller skylight. Have tried 10 times today to speak to someone to arrange this being one trip instead of two, with no success.

Skylights are great but delivery is not very good. A lot of money is charged for delivery and yet 7 skylights are put onto one barley adequate pallet that was already partially broken when delivered, giving us a real headache trying to offload it. Presumably it is cheaper to overload one pallet than to have two delivered - not good enough given the high delivery cost.

These guys have been fantastic. Firstly they were by far the most competitive when it came to fixed skylights. I order 4 for my new extension and they look stunning. I also needed to return some accessories i didn't end up using but i was outside the returns period by a few days. They were so accommodating and allowed me to return them anyway. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them going forwards. Brilliant customer service!
