I recently bought an Auto Sleeper Kingham PVC. The original owner bought from new October 22 and only used once, preferring a caravan. I wonder if he had the same experience as we had on our first trip, leaving Sunday 26th and coming home after just 2 days because of our problems. The Sargent EC700 Control Panel went haywire, giving us incorrect information, telling us vehicle battery was flat when it wasn’t, sending us text messages asking if we had problems and in the end not working at all. After speaking with AS, Vanessa, a very helpful lady, suggested I ring Sargents who supply the panel. They were excellent, answered the phone promptly and I was able to speak to the same chap every time I rang, Dan Hook. He quickly identified the problem, a blown vehicle fuse. The reason being, the van has a Lithium battery and it needs a 30amp. One wonders why AS, at the point of manufacture, didn’t fit a 30amp fuse instead of a 20amp? I cannot speak too highly of Dan, he rang me with information and even sent me an email, this morning, showing a photo of my battery! Thanks for all your help Dan🤗

Have dealt with the Technical Support Staff on 3 occasions now and every single time the adviser at the end of the phone has always been highly professional, polite, easy to talk to and exceptionally helpful. They have always been extremely knowledge and any problems or queries resolved or answered quickly and effectively. I wish your Customer Service Training was available across the country, we need more of this level of service everywhere! Thank you to you all, you do an amazing job.

Great customer service. Had a problem with a module in my caravan last Month. They sent me a new one out straight away and instructed me by telephone how to install it. They also arranged to collect old unit. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, it's good to know that good customer service still exists.

The time had come to replace the battery in a Stinger 310. The sticker date on the battery read 06/02/14; it had been playing up for quite a few years but as it was hooked-up at home there were no real worries. I just happened to remove the date sticker and to my horror the commission date (hand written) was 20/10/10. This surely means that the battery was already 4 years old when installed into my new caravan. What sort of business ethics does this company have? Suffice to say I won't be purchasing a replacement from Sargent! Seems kind of fraudulent!

I had burnt connect on a circuit board on my Motorhome while in Spain , Sargent diagnosed the fault over the phone and got a new circuit board with power plug already made up for me fit , what more cold you ask for , excellent service from start to finish, all FOC , thank you James May and Sargent for your help .

Very disappointed with Sargent Electrical, I recently renewed my tracking subscription for one year at the cost of £135, but after two months I had to give up caravanning, so I sold my caravan and cancelled my subscription. My storage site and insurance company refunded the cost of any remaining time outstanding, but Sargent said they don't refund any money after 14 days of purchase, and I will still have to pay for the remaining ten months even though I don't have a caravan or use their services. Also be aware, if you sell your caravan you cannot transfer your subscription to another van but have pay for another subscription. I feel this very harsh and does not put them in a very good light

It is inevitable that hardware fails occasionally, I brought it to the attention of the support desk, Leah took ownership of my problem and made sure everything was sorted. I couldn't have asked for anything more other than a case of beer to enjoy on my next holiday.

While away in our motorhome on day one of our holiday we had a problem with the Swift Command panel…. After technical help from the retailer that didn’t resolve the problem they suggested as a last ditch attempt to call Sergent… I spoke with James who am I am now referring to as “James the Legend” he sorted my problem out in under five minutes and saved our holiday… thanks James once again… now I can get back to my beer… and I will defiantly be having a drink for James.
