I'm so chuffed with our new carpet! Craig helped advise us which type of carpet would work best for our hall and stairs, and was really patient when I was looking through all the samples. I didn't feel rushed and could take some home to get more opinions to make sure we chose the right one. The fitters were really tidy and did a brilliant job. If your looking for any types of flooring I am happy recommend Sargeant Carpets. They offer very competitive rates. A bespoke installation service, you would never know they'd been here. Craig Sargeant came to our house measured our rooms left us a book of samples for a few days ( no pressure selling) once we chose our carpets within a week Sargeant Carpets have transformed our house.

We saw Craig Sargeant at Sargeant Carpets in November to request our stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms to be fitted with new carpets before Christmas. Craig came to see us, pre arranged, and measured up for the required carpet making arrangements for us to visit the store to discuss and choose a carpet. We called in and he dedicated his time in helping us to choose the right carpet for us, explaining the pros and cons of several we looked at with no pressure selling whatsoever and we are extremely grateful for his advice as we love the carpet we chose. The crew turned up on the arranged day and worked extremely hard to get everything completed in time for Christmas. They removed and took away all the old carpet, underlay, gripper and door rods, cut down 14 doors (bedroom doors, bathroom door and fitted wardrobe doors) so they did not drag on the new carpet, and left everything newly laid without a tiny bit of mess. Excellent job, and we are extremely pleased with Craig and his excellent team. Definitely recommend this company.
