We were disappointed with their service and food today. It is such a shame as I really enjoyed my two visits previously. :( First there was a long hair found in the egg of bibimbap and they took our order wrong for the second dish. Mistakenly served us chicken instead of beef. Then because I bit into a ddoek, they said they cannot change the order. I did not realize the meat was different until I started stirring into the dish! I am Korean and I feel that this restaurant does not really represent our true taste. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements in the future!
