So I had purchased a voucher for a wax treatment for the Oxford Circus salon, to be honest the price was amazing, however you realise after visiting why that is. Salon has zero idea how to treat customers, I don't know if it is the language barrier or they are just plane rude, but I guarantee you you will be left frustrated and annoyed. They have terrible attitude both on the phone and face to face. I would not recommend this salon for anything I would advice to pay the full price for the service to a professional beauty salon then go to this poor excuse for salon. Please note the one star is mandatory to post this comment, I would note even give half star. Horrible place and staff!

Purchased £10 Eyelash Extension Groupon Voucher, then went to their Milton Keynese Branch. I was told the voucher related lashese were not suitable for my length, so spent £30 more for a better fit. It is £40 in total for a really disappointing result and services. Firstly, when I turn up, the lady has no smile and questioned about my appointment as if I was wrong. Secondly, she shockingly used a piece of masking tape to cover my lower eyelid, which is very uncomfortable and directly touched my eyes during the process. A professional way should use a specific tool, such as a silicone/cotton eye pad. I found out my extended lashes weren’t the same direction, so I asked her to correct them but the lash remover went inside my eyes, which is very painful. And left lots of cotton buds fluff on the glue. I had to pick them off at home. The final result - some lashes are pointing to the left or right rather than upwards; some lashes were glued together but I paid for individual effect; the upper eyelid pain on the following day was the eventual reason I decided to remove them by myself. Contacted the shop via an email and requested for a refund. Was completely ignored.

The therapists are good at their jobs, waxing, threading etc. What's awful is their administration and organisation. There doesn't seem to be a proper booking system in place, they should consider moving to electronic rather than writing it in a register. Communication between the staff is lacking too, no one knows what's really going on.
