Do not use these people I have unsuccessfully dealt with this company .I paid them to get out of my timeshare over £ 3000 .they strung me along for so long and when I was told to go to financial ombudsman to recover my money I was told too late to claim from my bank .I have since relinquished my timeshare .but have no way to get money back from these people.

We needed to relinquish our Florida Timeshare because ill health restricts traveling and using the RCI points that go with it. Research warned us about companies ripping clients off by claiming to sell unwanted timeshares, and we had even been made an offer by a company suggesting we swap to their Timeshare; that would have locked us in for another 15 years! Sarah Waddington Solicitors are not cheap but if you want a proper, thorough and efficient job, I have no hesitation in recommending them. It was not straightforward and it took longer than anticipated due to Covid restrictions and hiccups (e.g. differences in Scottish and Florida law) but, when out of the ordinary things like this happen, that’s when you see the real value of having the professionals working for you!
