I have gained so much confidence and technical skill from working under Sarah’s tuition. She is always encouraging, very down to earth and warm in her approach to our studio sessions. Our daughter Tilly has been going to Sarah’s lessons for the past 3 years. She has learnt so much from Sarah and her knowledge and techniques have gone from strength to strength . She is now producing fantastic charcoal and watercolour pieces for her GCSE Art . Sarah has been a fantastic support to Tilly and the fellow students at Arley Studios are all so lovely , friendly and helpful to each other too….Looking forward to Sarah’s new courses in April 23 to learn even more !!!

Started going to Sarah Stokes art lessons as away to try something new after a particularly bad year health wise ,I needed to focus on something ,always wanted to draw and paint but never had the courage or thought I would be any good .Sarah is an amazing teacher and I now have some of my pictures framed watercolour and charcoal in my home plus to my amazement sold a picture too !! If you have always fancied trying watercolour/drawing I would recommend Sarah’s classes she is a fantastic teacher and the classes are fun everyone is very friendly and supportive.
