Myself and 3 other Urmston mums came for lunch yesterday. All the food was delicious, I had a club sandwich and it was the best I've ever had. The food is always great and we all looked forward to our lunch date, as mum's we rarely get any child free time and this date booked in the diary for weeks, so it was very upsetting when we complained about 1 of the Tapas dishes not turning up, a Greek salad and a mix up with the drinks. Instead of treating us as valued customers, when we brought this up your attention, you took no responsibility for the mix up and forgotten salad, insulted us and ruined a lovely lunch. It saddens me as I loved your cafe.
