I am compelled to leave a review, recommending Sarah as an incredibly naturally gifted reflexologist! I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. Her diagnosis and consultation pre and post treatment is spot on each time and articulated with such care and understanding. She has THE most magic healing hands and is a kind and lovely practitioner - an absolute gem. I have had about 4 treatments so far and left each one feeling a different person than when I walked in. The effects are immediate and profoundly therapeutic. I never want to leave her beautiful and calm treatment room. Sarah’s standards as a practitioner are impeccably high. Sarah is a fantastic reflexologist. Her practice has helped hugely in my post partum recovery. I had never had reflexology before but her sessions have helped me feel calmer, in less pain and have also helped to boost my milk supply whilst breast feeding. The setting in her home is very calm and comfortable and I will be continuing my sessions. I highly recommend Sarah if you are looking for a reflexologist.

Sarah is a truly remarkable therapist. She is genuinely kind and caring and very generous of her time. She keeps professional records and explores any issue with you at the beginning of each session - giving you time to share any difficulties you may have. The treatment area has a lovely calm relaxing atmosphere which enables you to really switch off getting the most from your treatment. This is enhanced by Sarah’s own calm and gentle approach. Sarah follows all safety regulations - which again give a feeling of safety and security. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and healed and ready for whatever lies ahead of you.

I almost don’t want to write this review in case others find out about Sarah and she becomes even more popular. She is incredible. New to reflexology and unaware of it’s benefits, and somewhat skeptical, I was delighted to discover Sarah. I went twice - once to induce labour ( I was overdue and went into labour a few days later); and once for stress relief - never have I been so relaxed, and I find in nearly impossible to switch off. I highly recommend!

I just can’t recommend Sarah enough!! I started to see her from around 30 weeks of my pregnancy and before I knew it, i was the biggest reflexology fan with weekly appointments. Sarah has made the end of my pregnancy really calm, relaxed and enjoyable. She has the most amazing, calming energy and a very gentle touch. At the start of each session, she takes time to understand your pain points and creates a bespoke treatment to relax and heal you. Her treatment room is beautiful and calm, which makes it a really lovely experience. I already can’t wait to see her postnatally. She is simply amazing :)
