This month, I achieved my best ever downward dog because of Sarah's flawless guidance! She is the first teacher I've ever had who truly took the time to explain the details of each pose, and showed me exactly where to make adjustments, until I could feel the difference. She has such a warm, kind attitude, and a very approachable teaching style for those of us who are not yet yoga experts. I wish I could take a class with her every day! Highly highly highly recommend.

Every element of her class is wonderfully balanced and in sync, from the lovely studio location to her great routine and teaching skills. Sarah is a wonderful yoga teacher. She gives clear instructions as you move through the flow, adjusting if needed to make sure you are holding positions correctly and safely. I find her incredibly approachable before and after class if you have questions or wish to find out more about poses and the benefits of yoga. I have been to many yoga classes and Sarah is one of the most dedicated teachers I have met. Unlike many others who are just going through the motions, it's clear to me that Sarah cares about her students and loves teaching.

Sarah is a very warm, personable and knowledgeable teacher. The classes I attended were comfortably challenging (as an intermediate yogi) and was great to see the class tailored for multiple abilities. I loved the added bonus of invigorating essential oils and calming candles. Will certainly be back the next time I'm in the area.

This class perfectly blends the opportunity for meditation, and greater technical understanding of your body. The rate and flow perfectly shuts out the stressors of the day, and Sarah gives a clear explanation of body alignment and structure to allow for weekly improvement in (sometimes even very basic) moves that others take for granted as 'correct'.
