Incredibly rude service when I called up to enquire about properties. Ceana made it clear that she cared little for my custom and acted as if my call was an annoyance. I get the property market is hectic and fast paced, this is definitely not a way to treat propsective letters or buyers. This just raises a red flag, I look forward to a positive transaction on both sides and if the first interactions are already a terrible experience, definitely worth taking your money elsewhere.

Sarah Kenny managed my two rental flats for 10 years and I cannot fault the service I received. The flats were only empty for a minimal time between tenants. I received regular condition reports with accompanying photos. Any problems raised by the tenants such as dishwasher not working were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have now sold the flats but wouldn't hesitate to use Sarah Kenny again.

A VERY GOOD LETTING AGENTS. I have rented with Sarah Kenny across two properties and they have provided an extremely helpful and professional service during the process of searching and applying for properties. They have also responded quickly and competently to any issues during the tenancy. The only area that has been somewhat disappointing is the quality of "professional cleaning" that the properties I have moved into have had (although perhaps this is a consequence of a poor cleaning company rather than Sarah Kenny's fault specifically). Overall though a very good experience - I would definitely recommend.

I would give 6 stars if I was able to. They are amazing. I was looking for a flat 2 years ago during the pandemic and they found me a beautiful place, then I wanted to change for a different area and Sarah Kenny helped me to look for a new place even more beautiful. They followed me and helped me step by step with all the paperwork and took care of all tax/utilities. This made my life a bit easier.
