I have been seeing Sarah on and off for a few years now. The first time, my back went into spasms when I got out of bed in the mornings and I couldn’t walk for 20 minutes daily. After just a few sessions, this stopped. More recently I had hip pains (unrelated to my previous problem) where I could not sleep without taking medication. This is no longer an issue and whilst my GP referred me another Physio, I insisted I see Sarah as she had helped in the past. I would highly recommend Sarah and in fact both my husband and daughter have been successfully treated by Sarah.
