My contact lens broke in my eye and I call them up for some advice. I am not a client of their’s so I understood that they couldn’t help me hands on but they just told me to get in touch with the opticians I went to that was hard for me to get to at the time as I was unable to drive due to the situation. It would of been nice to give me some advice to help me over the phone at least instead of cutting me off and telling me that I needed to go there instead which was difficult.
