She listens very carefully to the issues you have and targets her massage to the specific muscles which are causing the problem. She also looks at your whole body in terms of posture and alignment. Recently I was given a fantastic massage by Sarah Dawn. Before the massage she asked me about my current health, medical history. I had requested a deep tissue massage and she delivered. I like the way she often checked how the pressure was and if I was comfortable. It was one of the best massages I have ever had! She concentrated on all the areas I had tension and was gentle and poIite. I could feel the tension slip away minute by minute as the massage progressed. As I left the practice I felt like a new woman! I shall definitely be going back to Sarah for regular massages.
